Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Account credentials do not work as described
- Account is banned within 24 hours of purchase (not due to buyer actions)
- Items described in listing are missing
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- You changed the account password and lost access
- Account was banned due to your actions
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
- You linked your own details and cannot unlink
Refund Process

- Provide purchase details and proof of issue
- Wait for our team to verify the claim
- If approved, refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
Replacement Option
In some cases, we may offer a replacement account instead of a refund.
